Islamabad to Chilas via KKH
Departure from Islamabad, drive through Hazara Motorway and KKH to Chilas.

Chilas to Skardu via Jaglot Road
Drive along Indus river gorge via newly paved Jaglot-Skardu road to Skardu town.

Shangrila Lake & Kachura Lakes
Visit Lower Kachura (Shangrila Resort) and upper Kachura Lake for boating and lake walks.

Deosai National Park & Sheosar Lake
Full day 4x4 jeep safari across Deosai plateau (4,000m), Sheosar Lake, and Bara Pani.

Katpana Cold Desert & Shigar Fort
Visit Katpana cold desert dunes and historic Shigar Fort palace.

Skardu to Chilas / Besham Return
Begin return travel along Indus canyon back to KKH.
- 7
Return Drive to Islamabad
Complete final drive back to Islamabad, arriving by evening.
